Simple Roasted Chicken
1 1/2 pound boneless & skinless chicken breast (4 breasts, 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons course steak seasoning (or poultry seasoning)
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 425.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, set aside
In a small bowl combine steak seasoning, onion flakes and parsley
Rub spice mixture onto the chicken breasts on each side, pressing it into the chicken to make it stick.
Place chicken onto prepared pan.
Place into oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
Remove and serve, or let cool and then store covered in the refrigerator.
