Taco Twist Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3 cups rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C)
Brown beef and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine with cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; dump into baking pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
