Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie
1 c. Corn syrup- I prefer dark
3 eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp butter- melted
2 c. Pecans
1 9" Deep dish pie crust
Heat oven to 350
In a large bowl combine corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, butter, eggs, and beat using a fork until combined and smooth. Add your pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shell, and bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until center doesn't jiggle.
