Kick 'N - Chicken Rotel

Kick 'N - Chicken Rotel 4 Chicken Breast 1 Can Rotel (green chilies & tomatos) 1 Onion chopped & diced Kick'N- Chicken seasoning (Weber) Pepper Jack Cheese Coat chicken breast with the seasoning and place in a slow cooker crock pot. Pour the Rotel on top of the chicken, following with the chopped onion. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove from crock pot and top with Pepper Jack Cheese. This can be done in an oven as well. Bake at 350* for 45min or until done. This is a no fuss, taste good main dish.
