Mock elephant ear
Mock elephant ear
Super simple.
1 tortilla
2 tbsp cinnamon&sugar mix
2 tbsp butter
This cooks fast so don't leave the kitchen.
Set your oven to broil
Lay your tortilla on a cookie sheet and spread your butter and sugar mix. I use my broil setting and peak in to watch it. This takes under 6 minutes and its done.
