HONEY-LIME RAMEN SALAD
8 oz ramen noodles
1/4 cup each tahini, sesame paste, and chopped green onions
3 tbs each soy sauce and lime juice
1 tbs honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cups sliced cabbage
Cook noodles as label directs. In a bowl, whisk tahini, soy sauce, juice, honey, and garlic. Add cucumber, tomatoes, and cabbage, toss. Drain noodles. Add to bowl with vegetables along with green onions. Toss. SERVE
