SLOW COOKER TACO BEEF
SLOW COOKER TACO BEEF
2 pounds ground beef I like to use 80/20
4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 cups beef stock
3 chopped green onions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. Stir in the taco seasoning and stock.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the sauce is thickened.
Sprinkle with green onions and serve as desired.
RECIPE NOTES
Taco beef can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
The taco beef can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
