Sweet and sour meatballs
Sweet and sour meatballs
home made or frozen meat balls
1 can pineapple chunks, drained reserve juice
1 cup sliced cooked carrots
1 bell pepper, cleaned and sliced or chunked
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
put juice (add water to make 1 cup if needed), sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch in skillet or wok until smooth, under medium heat until thickened add carrots, pineapple, peppers and meatballs, heat through (I made my own meatballs, so they were already hot from the oven, and steamed my peppers and carrots in the microwave)
