Brown Sugar Fudge
Brown Sugar Fudge
2 1/2 cups light brown sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon salt I used my vanilla salt
3 tablespoons corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Optional- Walnuts I left them out of mine
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
Then reduce to a soft boil.
Add butter. (DO NOT STIR!!!)
Let the butter rest without stirring until candy thermometer reaches 110 degrees. Once it does remove the pot from the heat.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Beat until the fudge loses it's gloss.
Pour into your pan.
