PEANUT CRUNCHIES
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped peanuts
½ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon, mixed
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, cinnamon. Add peanuts.
Form into 4 dozen balls
and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on ungreased sheets and flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown
