Crock Pot Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Pork Roast

Crock Pot Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Pork Roast 2-3 lb. pork roast (I used a sirloin roast) 3 med. apples, sliced in half (any kind will do) 4 med. carrots, peeled and cut in half 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/4 C. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Place the apples flesh side up in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot. Take the roast and rub it with the onion soup mix. Place the roast on top of the apples. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the roast and then the cinnamon. Place the carrots around the roast. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 5. There is no liquid added to this roast. It makes its own liquid as it cooks.
