Cinnamon Breadstick Bites
Cinnamon Breadstick Bites:
1 (11 oz.) tube breadstick dough
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting Dip:
4 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll breadstick dough on a large baking sheet.
Brush about 2 tablespoons of melted butter over dough. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough.Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut dough into small pieces.
Bake breadsticks at 375 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on bottom and around edges.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth. Stir in milk as needed for frosting consistency that is not too thick and good for dipping.
Serve breadstick bites immediately with dip.
