ZESTY GRILLED CHOPS

ZESTY GRILLED CHOPS 3/4 c soy sauce 1 tbsp br sugar 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 c lemon juice 1 tbsp chili powder 6 pork chops Combine 1rst 5 ingred and mix well. Remove 1/4 c for basting. Add pork chops to remaining marinade. I always use a zip loc bag. Let stand covered in fridge for a few hrs or overnight. BBQ over med-hot heat for 4 min. Turn and baste. Grill for 4-7 min longer. Put on plate and cover with foil and let sit for a few minutes.
