Pepper-Lime Chicken

Pepper-Lime Chicken 4-5 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves 1 tsp finely grated lime peel 1/3 c lime juice 3 tbsp cooking oil 1 tsp dried thyme or basil 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 tsp salt 2 cloves garlic,minced salsa lime wedges mix marinade..lime peel,lime juice,basil,pepper salt and garlic. Place chicken and marinade in resealable plastic bag. Place in fridge for 30 min. Preheat broiler. Drain chicken and place on foil lined baking sheet or broiler rack. Broil 4-5 min from the heat for 6-7 min. or until light brown. Turn chicken and brush lightly with reserved marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Broil for 6-8 min more or until chicken is no longer pink. I turned again and broiled a bit longer because the pieces were fairly thick.Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
