Cranberry Pecan Brie 2 - 8 oz brie cheese rounds 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup dried cranberries 3 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp maple syrup Preheat oven to 350 Place pecans on a shallow baking sheet and place in oven until toasted (about 7 minutes). Remove and set aside Place cheese in an oven safe dish or platter and sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over both brie chesses, pressing it in. Bake brie for 15-20 minutes, or until soft While cheese is baking combine 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 3 tbsp. maple syrup in a small saucepan Bring mixture to a boil, and then simmer 2-4 minutes After cheese is baked, sprinkle one brie cheesel with baked pecans, and sprinkle the cranberries over both cheeses, then drizzle sauce over both Serve with crackers
