Lemon Walnut Cookies
Lemon Walnut Cookies
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 eggs
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 cup margarine, room temp.
1 tsp lemon extract
1/2 c raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add in eggs and lemon extract.
Add in walnuts. Add flour a little at a time, and form into a soft sticky dough.
Roll into one inch balls. Press down on prepared cookie sheet with bottom of a floured glass.
Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
