Buttermilk Scalloped Potatoes
1 package Wish-Bone Ranch Seasoning and Dressing Mix
1 cup light cream or milk
1/4 cup water
3 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease the bottom and sides of medium baking dish.
Blend Ranch Dressing Mix, cream and water in medium bowl. Arrange half the potatoes in bottom of baking dish. Pour half the ranch mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Arrange remaining potatoes in dish. Pour remaining ranch mixture over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
