Chicken Kabobs

Chicken Kabobs


Sauce:
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 t. garlic

Ingredients:
Chicken chunks
Zucchini
Pineapple chunks
Par-boiled carrot pieces

Marinate chicken in sauce. Skewer chicken, zucchini, pineapple and carrots. Brush with leftover sauce. Broil or grill until done. Excellant with beef too.
