Eggnog Custard Pie
4 eggs
1/3 C sugar
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/2
t pure vanilla extract
1/4 t salt
3 C eggnog
Grated nutmeg
9 inch
unbaked pie crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat eggs, sugar,
run extract, vanilla extract and salt
Add eggnog and pour into pie
crust.
Sprinkle liberally with nutmeg.
Bake until a knife comes out clean,
about 45-50 minutes.
Cool, then refrigerate before serving.
