Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread
3 Eggs
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Shredded Zucchini
1 C. Oil (or applesauce)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 C. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cloves
Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients. Gradually stir into wet ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 60-80 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes out clean
