Scalloped Potatoes with Broccoli
1 (20-ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions
1 (12-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, and cheese. Mix well. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until golden brown and the potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife
