Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip
4 oz green chilis drained (small can)
4 oz jalapenos slices (I used jar jalapenos)
1/3 c cilantro
1/3 c Mayo (not Miracle Whip)
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 c buttermilk
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg Ranch Dip Seasoning
Combine first 3 ingredients and chop really good, you can use a blender if you want it smooth, I like it a little chunky. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
If you want it really spicy add more jalapenos. Serve with chips or veggies.
Store in refrigerator.
