MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (with liquid)
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. Do not add any other ingredients. Pour equally into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Icing:
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple in it’s own juice
1 Pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 (13 oz) container Cool Whip
Mix together Pudding and Pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost one layer at a time then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate.
