CREAMED CHICKEN
CREAMED CHICKEN (over biscuits)
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
salt and pepper, to taste
3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked, diced
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually whisk in milk. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the chicken; heat through. Serve over biscuits, rice or pasta.
