Broccoli and Bacon Salad
Salad:
6 cups fresh raw broccoli florets
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing:
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Combine all dressing ingredients in blender except the vegetable oil. Blend until well mixed. Add the vegetable oil and blend. Serve over the salad ingredients.
