2 Ingredient Biscuits
2 Ingredient Biscuits
Yield: 8 biscuits
1 cup heavy whipping cream + 1 Tablespoon
2 1/4 cup self rising flour
Preheat oven to 375*F
Prepare a baking sheet and set aside.
Whip all of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add flour and whip up with mixer until dough comes together.
If your dough will not come together, but instead looks like small peas, add a teaspoon more of heavy cream.
If your dough is too sticky, add a sprinkle of flour to the batch.
Form 8 biscuits in your hands and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are beginning to turn golden
