Pumpkin Pie Spice Single Recipe Version (for small recipes, rather than a make-ahead batch) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground cardamom Combine all the above to yield 1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
