Ultimate Bacon Wrapped Cheeseburger

Ultimate Bacon Wrapped Cheeseburger 4 Hamburger Buns 4 6 oz burger patties salt and pepper to season 16 slices thick cut smoked bacon 4 slices cheese lettuce , sliced tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard For each burger, lay 4 strips of bacon in a criss-cross weave pattern on a cutting board. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper and lay at the centre of the bacon, then wrap the bacon over the top. Grill on low heat for 10 minutes per side or until the bacon is well cooked and the internal temperature of the burger is 160F on a meat thermometer. In the last couple minutes of cooking time, top with the cheese slices and toast the buns on the grill.
