Lemon Cream Fruit Dip
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup lemon curd
fresh berries
Place a metal bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour the whipping cream in the bowl and beat until it starts to thicken slightly.
Place the lemon curd in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 10 seconds. Stir and repeat.
Spoon the lemon curd into the thickened whipping cream and beat again on high until soft peaks form.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh fruit skewers.
