Everything Tuna Salad Three Ways
This easy Everything Tuna Salad is a delicious dinner option when eating healthy. Perfect for stuffed avocados, wraps, or salads.
3 - 5 ounce cans light chunk tuna in water, drained well
1 avocado, smashed
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 Tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
Stir together the tuna, avocado, yogurt, and everything seasoning until combined.
Gently stir in the eggs, red pepper, and bacon crumbles.
Serve in avocado halves, low carb tortilla wraps, or on a bed of lettuce.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
*If you want your tuna salad creamier, add a few extra Tablespoons of yogurt.
**You can also make this with a 12 ounce can of chicken.
