Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate Zucchini Bread 2 1/2 c flour 1/2 c cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 c sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup light oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 packed cups grated zucchini 1 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven at 350 F. Prepare 2 9x5 loaf pans. Mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl beat the sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Add in the oil and vanilla. Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients along with the grated zucchini and chocolate chips. Stir just until combined, and divide between the loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes. The tops will crack when done. Makes 2 loaves.
