Sticky Chicken
Sticky Chicken
8-10 chicken thighs or legs ( I removed all the skin)
1/3 c honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 c soya sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Brown chicken in pan for 30 min. ( I baked 350* till browned) Mix remaining ingred and add to chicken. Cook until sauce is thicken. Baste chicken several times. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
* thicken sauce with about 1/2 tbsp cornstarch mixed in a little water (opt)
