CAJUN STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
CAJUN STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
Boil bell peppers but don't let get too soft (can use green b/c cheaper);
cook ground meat and shrimp (shrimp will turn pink) and mix shrimp, ground beef, crabmeat and Italian breadcrumbs together.
Cut bell peppers in half, stuff, put Italian breadcrumbs on top and bake.
