Soy-Balsamic Glazed Green Beans
1 (18oz) family size bag of frozen whole green beans (Mine were PICTSWEET brand, found in Walmart)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook green beans until they start to brown slightly, (about 15 minutes) Add minced garlic, stirring constantly for 2 more minutes. Toss with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and cook until liquid cooks out. Taste to adjust seasoning. Enjoy!
