Mayonnaise Sugar Cookies
1 c. real Mayonaise
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix well, then add:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Drop in cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Variations:
Peanut butter cookies. Add 1/2 c. peanut butter
Almond cookies. Add 1/2 c. almond paste and replace vanilla extract
with almond extract. Press sliced almonds on top of cookies before
baking.
