BACON WRAPPED JALAPEÑOS
5 Nice Size Jalapeño Peppers Halved Length Wise & Seeded
1 Lb Ground Pork/Beef
1/2 Pound Bacon.
1 Block Room Temp Cream Cheese.
2 Cloves Minced Garlic/or Two Teaspoons Dried Garlic ( I used McCormicks Ground Course Garlic & Parsley )
Cook Ground Pork/Beef and Garlic Until Just Done
Mix Cream Cheese in With Ground Meat.
Stuff Meat Mixture Into The Halved & Seeded Peppers
Wrap Peppers In Bacon.
Place Peppers on a Sheet of Foil on the Grill.
Cook Until Bacon is Done to Desired Doneness
Can be Done in the Oven at 450 Until Bacon is Done.
