Easy Swiss Steak

Easy Swiss Steak 2 packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix 8 cups water 1 onion, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 2 cans fire roasted tomatoes 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp black pepper 8-12 frozen hamburger patties Add all ingredients to a stock pot. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat. Let simmer until patties are brown and hot. Serve with a side of potatoes & your favorite vegetables
