Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Crispy Brussels Sprouts
1 pound Brussels Sprouts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup panic breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)
Preheat oven to 425
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Trim brussels sprouts and cut in half and place into large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over trimmed sprouts. In a medium bowl combine panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder and all purpose seasoning. Drop 1/3 of the sprouts into the breadcrumbs and toss to coat them
Place coated sprouts onto prepared pan and repeat with remaining sprouts
Place into oven and bake for 20 minutes. Toss and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (if using). Continue to roast for another 5-10 minutes or until sprouts are browned and crispy. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
NOTES
You could also use cauliflower or broccoli if brussels sprouts are not your favorite
