Hot Artichoke Dip
Hot Artichoke Dip
1 package onion soup mix
1 3/4 cups artichoke hearts, cooked & chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a casserole dish, combine the onion soup mix, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream & mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven for 30 minutes or until it is heated through.
Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, etc
