Parmesan Ranch Potatoes

Parmesan Ranch Potatoes 6-8 red potatoes 1 packet ranch dressing mix (for those watching sodium content, Ms Dash has started making them!) 1/2 cup Parmesan 2 tbsp oil Cut potatoes into 1/4 pieces. Place potatoes in bowl with lid and shake around to apply coating of oil on potatoes. Add dressing packet and Parmesan and Shake around to coat potatoes. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Baked at 450 for 45 minutes.
