Shaved Beef and Veggie Stir Fry
1 lb. shaved beef steak
1/4 C. soy sauce
2 T. oyster sauce
2 T. sweet chili sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
2 T. brown sugar
3 T. butter
12 oz. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 large onion, roughly chopped
2 C. cabbage, roughly chopped
rice for serving
Place the meat in a ziploc bag, combine the next 6 ingredients and pour over the meat. Seal and squish it around to coat the meat and place in the fridge to marinate for 4-6 hours. When ready to cook, melt the butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the broccoli, onions and cabbage, cooking for about 5 minutes. Add the meat, along with any marinade in the bag, to the skillet. Use tongs to separate the meat and cook for about 6-7 minutes till meet is cooked through. Serve over cooked rice.
