One Dish Baked Pork Cubed Steak with Veggies
4 pieces pork loin cubed steaks
salt & pepper
10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. water
2 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
1 bunch asparagus, washed and trimmed
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Season the meat with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Whisk together the next 4 ingredients and spoon half of the mixture over the meat. Place the potatoes around the outer edges and put the asparagus in the center, season with the house seasoning and remaining soup mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Remove and use a fork to move the meat up on top of the veggies and place back in the oven for 25 minutes.
