Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Rice
1 C. uncooked long grain rice
10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
10.5 oz. cream of broccoli soup
1 1/4 C. chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
3 C. shredded cooked chicken
3 C. frozen broccoli florets
4 oz. pkt. velvetta cheese sauce
salt to taste
Spray your crock pot really good with cooking spray. Add the first 9 ingredients and whisk to combine. Stir in the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Stir in the broccoli florets and cheese sauce. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Stir occasionally throughout the entire cooking time to prevent the rice from sticking. Season with salt to taste before serving.
