Crab Salad
Crab Salad (2-3 sandwiches)
1 1/2 C. chopped imitation crab
1/4 C. diced onion
1/4 C. diced celery
1 1/2 T. diced dill pickles
1 T. sweet pickle relish
2-3 T. mayo
1/2 tsp. stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp. cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix everything together in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
