Italian Breakfast Biscuits
Italian Breakfast Biscuits (makes 12)
2 C. buttermilk baking mix (like Bisquick)
1/2 C. diced pepperoni
1/2 C. diced hard salami
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
3/4 C. milk
Mix everything together in a bowl. Drop by small ice cream scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 22-25 minutes, till lightly golden. Once out of the oven brush with a mixture of: 3 T. salted butter, melted, 1/2 tsp. dried parsley and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
