Lemon Butter Asparagus
Lemon Butter Asparagus
1 bunch asparagus, washed and woody ends trimmed
2 T. butter, melted
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic sea salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
good sprinkle of cracked black pepper
Lay the asparagus out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Whisk together the butter, oil, garlic sea salt and lemon juice. Brush this all over the asparagus. Sprinkle with the cracked pepper and place in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
