Honey Buffalo Grilled Chicken Tenders
1 3/4 lb. chicken tenders
3 T. butter, melted
1/4 C. hot sauce
3 T. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients. Put the chicken tenders in a ziploc bag and pour in the sauce. Squish it around to coat them all and place in the fridge for at least an hour. Pull out the chicken 15 minutes prior to grilling. Heat your grill to med. high heat. Using tongs, put the chicken on the grill, grill for about 3 minutes per side. Break one in half to make sure it is cooked through. You don't want to over cook them as they will become tough.
