Crock Pot Pork Chops and Taters
4 med. potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
6 boneless center cut pork chops
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dill weed
good pinch each of salt and pepper
Place the potatoes in the bottom of your crock pot and top with the pork chops. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
