Beef & Veggie Tater Tot Bake
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. butter
3 T. all purpose flour
1 1/4 C. beef broth
1/2 C. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 C. frozen peas & carrots
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
salt to taste

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain well and add the butter to the skillet allowing it to melt. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the beef broth along with the frozen veggies, worcestershire and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes allowing the sauce to thicken. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish and top with tater tots. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.
