Bourbon sweet potatoes

Bourbon sweet potatoes 2-3 large sweet potatoes cut into small cubes (about a inch) 1 small bag of whole walnuts 1/4 cup bourbon 1/3 to 1/2 cup maple syrup Salt and pepper Peel sweet potatoes and cube Put into baking dish Add whole walnuts Mix bourbon and maple syrup together Pour bourbon mixture over sweet potatoes Bake covered in a preheated 375 oven for 30-35 minutes..till sweet potatoes are tender.
